Tom is currently the Founder and acting CEO of Southern Catholic, a premiere Catholic college in formation.  Prior to his work with Southern Catholic, Tom bought a small custom software developer and evolved it into Conduit
Software, a leader in Human Resources Intranet software.  As President and CEO, Tom led his company's development of one of the first corporate Intranet sites for a Fortune 500 company, Turner Broadcasting, and provided
the Internet interface for the wire services (API, etc.) for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Tom successfully merged the company with ProBusiness, a leader in Payroll services. This transaction netted a 43 times investment for the initial shareholders.

Tom is a past president of the Technology Executives Roundtable (TER), an association of CEOs and Presidents of Georgia high-tech companies. He has spoken at numerous conferences, civic organizations and businesses and has
been published in magazines such as Human Resource Executive, Benefacts, Employee Relations Today, Payroll Views and News.
