Keith S. Fimian is Chairman and Founder of U.S. Inspect, LLC, the nation’s leading provider of property inspection services. U.S. Inspect operates in three principal market segments: (1) Residential Services, which serves residential home buyers in 18 states; (2) Commercial Services, which serves banks, REITS, brokers as well as buyers and sellers of commercial properties and (3) Corporate Services, which serves corporate America all across the United States; in fact, the company inspects the homes of 75% of all relocating corporate transferees nationwide.

Keith is responsible for the company’s long term business strategy, key client relationships and new business initiatives. Prior to founding the Company, Keith worked for seven years with the international accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick where he did a rotation in the firm’s Executive Offices in New York City and served as Senior Manager. A certified public accountant, Keith received his degree in Accounting from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he earned a full four year athletic scholarship and captained the football team.

Keith is active in his Catholic faith. He is President of the Washington DC-based Youth Leadership Foundation, which was founded in 1997 as a supplemental academic and character formation program to serve disadvantaged youth in our nation’s capital. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Legatus, a group of Catholic CEO’s and business owners started by Tom Monaghan (founder of Domino’s Pizza.) Keith is also the chairman of the Men’s Leadership Forum in Washington DC, a group similar to the Catholic Business Leader Breakfast, which he founded five years ago to address what Vatican II identified as “one of the gravest errors of our time...the dichotomy between the faith many profess and the practice of their daily lives...”

Keith and his three brothers and three sisters grew up Navy brats, moving often but settling in Virginia Beach when he was nine years old. He and his wife are the proud parents of three daughters and reside in Oakton, Virginia
